Philip Spanoudes

Philip Spanoudes is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in machine learning and data science. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Pitchit since September 2025, Philip previously held significant roles at Block, where responsibilities included leading the Expansion Machine Learning Team and achieving notable improvements in model precision and intervention strategies. Earlier positions include Staff Machine Learning Engineer at PointCard™, contributing to underwriting and ML infrastructure, and various roles at Square, including optimization of lending product design and serving as a member of the initial Square Capital Data Science team. Philip's career began with data science internships and software development, supported by a Master's Degree in Data Science from Lancaster University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Portsmouth.
