Michael Scholz

Michael Scholz has over 20 years of work experience in the engineering and geotechnical field. Michael started their career in 1996 as a Geotechnician at ConeTec. In 1997, they joined Piteau Associates Engineering as a Geotechnical Engineer and worked in this role until 2010. From 2010 to 2016, they served as the General Manager at Piteau Associates Engineering. In 2014, they were promoted to the position of Principal Geotechnical Engineer, and in 2019, they became the Vice President - Geotechnical at Piteau Associates Engineering, a position they currently hold.

Michael Scholz earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geological Engineering from The University of British Columbia in 1997. Michael then went on to pursue a Master of Engineering in Geological Engineering from the same university in 2002. In 2003, Michael obtained their Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) certification from Engineers and Geoscientists BC.
