Frank MacEachern

Frank MacEachern is the owner of Rising Tide Electric Bicycles, a position held since 2022. Previously, they served as a Senior Project Manager for the PEI Trail Town Pilot Project from 2020 to 2022, and a former Board Member for Island Trails PEI from 2015 to 2017. With extensive experience in operations, they have been the Vice President of Operations at Baseline Business Geographics Inc. since 1994 and a Partner at Pitney Bowes Business Insights since the same year. Frank holds a Bachelor of Design in Environmental and Community Planning from Dalhousie University and a Diploma in Land Use Planning from Holland College.
