Pamela Fitts

Pamela Fitts has over 15 years of experience in financial management, specializing in accounts payable and financial shared services. Currently a Manager in Financial Shared Services at Pitney Bowes since 2005, Pamela oversees project management for acquisition integrations and serves as a subject matter expert in Procure to Pay, achieving significant advancements in global metrics and service level reporting. Previously, as Manager of Disbursement Services, Pamela led a team of 50, resulting in substantial cost savings by outsourcing Accounts Payable functions. Prior roles include overseeing $1 billion Accounts Payable activities at Federal-Mogul and various positions at Gartner, where Pamela was instrumental in enhancing expense reporting processes. Educationally, Pamela holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from CT State Norwalk.
