Shanker Panchavati

Shanker Panchavati has extensive experience in IT operations and service delivery, currently serving as the Global IT Operations and Service Delivery Manager at Pitney Bowes since January 2003. In this role, Shanker oversees Global Datacenters and Infrastructure Operations, managing infrastructure resources in both managed and cloud environments across multiple global datacenters. Prior to this position, Shanker held the role of Manager, Technology Planning & Strategy at Pitney Bowes. Shanker's earlier experience includes serving as a Sr. Database Administrator at Chemtura Corporation from June 1996 to January 2003, and as IT Manager at Telecommunication Consultants India Ltd. (TCIL) from 1984 to 1996, where responsibilities included managing telecom and software consulting projects for international clients.
