Susan S.

Susan S. currently serves as the Assistant Director of Financial Services, Budget Administrator, and Internal Auditor at the County of Pitt since April 2023. Prior to this role, Susan was employed at PORT Health from October 2013 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing over 2,100 vendor records, processing over 200 invoices weekly, and issuing payments. Earlier experience as a Travel Coordinator and Administrative Assistant in the US Navy from July 1999 to July 2003 involved coordinating travel arrangements and reconciling reimbursements for more than 50 staff members. Susan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from East Carolina University and an Associate's degree in Human Services from Pitt Community College.
