Rachel Deluca Phr

Rachel DeLuca has been working in the field of Human Resources since 2003, starting as a Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Palace Entertainment. Rachel then moved on to HR roles at Eat'n Park Hospitality Group and PITT OHIO, where Rachel has held various titles such as HR Analyst, HR Generalist II, HR & Administrative Supervisor, and currently holds the title of Manager, Human Resources. Rachel also played a key role in an HRIS conversion project, developing training modules, testing system features, and training employees. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from PennWest California.
