Austin Davis is a trustee at the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre. Austin has also worked as a baker, photo assistant, and studio manager.
Austin Davis started their career as a lead baker at Claudia's Natural Food Market in February 2007. Austin then moved to Errico Studio, where they worked as a studio manager, photo assistant, and prop stylist from November 2005 to June 2006. In November 2012, they began working as a baker at Mission Pie, where they were responsible for assembling pies by hand, measuring and mixing dough, batters, creams, and fillings, and monitoring the production and quality of baked products. Austin also calculated sales, production, and loss numbers, forecasted sales and production numbers, and developed new recipes for themes and seasonal ingredients. In September 2014, they left Mission Pie to become a trustee at the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre.
Austin Davis has a Certified Natural Foods Chef from The Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Photography from Ohio University.
