Don Belt

Don Belt is the current Chairman at Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation, and has over 20 years of experience in senior management positions. Don has previously worked as the Sr. VP / COO of Speedgoat Bicycles, Senior Vice President of Marketing & Strategic Planning for True Value Corporation, and President/CEO of MRO Direct Inc. In their current position, Don Belt is responsible for the overall management and direction of the Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation.

Don Belt completed their MBA in finance and marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Prior to that, they completed their bachelor's degree in economics from Washington & Jefferson College.
