Janis Pavlick

Janis Pavlick, RHIA, has over three decades of experience in health information management. Currently serving as the Director of Health Information Management and Privacy Officer at Pittsburgh Mercy since May 2006, Janis previously held roles as Medical Records Manager at St. Francis Medical Center/UPMC Passavant Cranberry from May 1991 to May 2006 and Medical Records Consultant at Fresenius Medical Care from August 1994 to December 2000. Janis also worked as the Assistant Manager of Clinical Information at Latrobe Area Hospital from August 1988 to May 1991. Janis earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Information/Medical Records Administration from the University of Pittsburgh between 1983 and 1988.
