Sarah Fallica

Sarah Fallica currently serves as Vice President of Behavioral Health at Pittsburgh Mercy, overseeing over 60 behavioral health programs and managing compliance with regulations while handling a significant budget portfolio. Prior to this role, Sarah was Program Director at UPMC, where direction was provided for acute partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. Experience also includes managing clinical intake, case management, and outreach at The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh, as well as serving in various mental health roles at several organizations, including Pace School and Alliance Health Wraparound Inc. Sarah holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communications from Duquesne University.
