Harmony Hodges

Harmony Hodges, CFRE, currently serves as the Director of Individual Giving for Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy, a position held since July 2025. Previously, Harmony was the Donor Relations Manager for the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank from April 2020 to July 2025, where strategic connections were made with major donors to enhance engagement with the organization's mission. Harmony's experience also includes roles such as External Affairs Specialist at Cranberry Township, Individual Giving Manager and Coordinator at Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy, Development Coordinator at Animal Friends, and Individual Giving and Data Associate at Pittsburgh Opera. In the early career, positions included Assistant Manager at Famous Footwear and various internships at Pittsburgh CLO. Harmony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Baldwin Wallace University, earned in 2012.
