Matthew D. Hileman

Matthew D. Hileman is an experienced professional in arts management and visitor engagement, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Visitor Engagement at Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy since January 2024. Previously, Matthew held the position of Adjunct Professor at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford from May 2017 to December 2023, where instruction focused on Art History and Arts Management. Matthew also served as the inaugural director of the Marilyn Horne Museum and Exhibit Center and has a diverse background in corporate curation and gallery management, including roles at MGM Resorts International and the Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Art History, Criticism and Conservation from PennWest Edinboro.
