Jeffrey Devlin

Jeffrey Devlin has held various Chief Information Officer (CIO) roles in educational institutions and at the Pittsburgh Regional Transit. At Carlow University, Jeffrey served as adjunct faculty in the Department of Management. Devlin has a MBA in Marketing from Robert Morris University and completed their undergraduate studies at Saint Vincent College. At their current position in the Pittsburgh Regional Transit, Jeffrey leads the Agency Innovation Services teams.
