Rochelle Owens

Rochelle Owens, RPA, LEED GA, currently serves as the Rail & Transit Administrator at Pittsburgh Regional Transit and the Director of Facilities at East Liberty Presbyterian Church. Previously, Rochelle held positions as General Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, Senior Property Manager at Avison Young, and Senior Property/Site Manager at RIDC of Southwestern Pennsylvania, focusing on commercial property management. Earlier in career, Rochelle worked as an Operations Coordinator at JLL and as a Property Manager at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Rochelle obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1988 to 1992.
