Javé Brown is a seasoned football professional with extensive experience in scouting, coaching, and event management. Currently, Brown serves as a Football Scout for the East West Shrine Bowl at Optimum Scouting and holds the position of Director of Programming & Logistics at the National Coalition of Minority Football Coaches. With a background in youth player development through Coach B Development LLC and coaching roles within the North Hills School District and the Pittsburgh Passion, Brown exhibits a strong commitment to fostering talent and enhancing athletic programs. Additionally, experience in the Pittsburgh Steelers' marketing department and various operational roles further showcases Brown's versatility and dedication to sports and community engagement. Brown holds a Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management and has a proven track record of successful event coordination and youth development.
