Lydia Grimenstein serves as the Senior Manager of Donor Engagement at the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, where responsibilities include managing frontline communications for Major Gifts, executing donor engagement strategies, and overseeing Major Gift proposal generation. Prior to this role, Lydia held positions including Manager of Individual Support at the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, Development Coordinator for Pittsburgh CLO, and Donor Stewardship Specialist at Missouri Botanical Garden, where skills in donor communications, fundraising campaigns, and stewardship practices were developed. Lydia's experience also includes roles at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre and Pittsburgh Public Theater. Lydia holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports, Arts, and Entertainment Management from Point Park University and is currently pursuing a Master's in Nonprofit Management at The Johns Hopkins University.
