Sonja Svihla

Sonja Svihla is an experienced Engineering Project Manager at the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority, a position held since February 2020. Additionally, Sonja has been self-employed as a coach since September 2012. Previous roles include Production Engineer and Planner at Prion Manufacturing Co from October 2018 to February 2020, where responsibilities included managing production schedules and coordinating resources, and Engineering Consultant at Bayer from September 2017 to March 2018. Early career experience includes serving as a Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Louisville. Sonja holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in the same field, both from the University of Louisville, earned between 1996 and 2004.
