William McFaddin (BJ)

William "BJ" McFaddin has a strong background in water and sewer operations. William "BJ" started their career at Pennsylvania American Water in 2008 as a Superintendent and later moved up to Manager Field Operations. In 2015, they became the Senior Manager of Operations for the Pittsburgh district. Then, in 2018, they joined the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority as the Deputy Director of Field Services. William "BJ"'smost recent role is as the Director of Operations, where they manage the water production and distribution system for the city of Pittsburgh.

William "BJ" McFaddin earned a Bachelor's degree in Management/Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. Before attending the university, they also attended Charleroi for a period of two years starting from 1990. In addition to their formal education, McFaddin has obtained a certification in Building and Leading Effective Teams through an Executive Education Program offered by Columbia Business School in collaboration with ExecOnline, Inc.
