Operations Team

The Operations Team at the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day functions of water, sewer, and stormwater services. This includes budget management, operational strategy, fleet maintenance, field operations, procurement, and customer service to ensure efficient and reliable service to 465,000 consumers.
