Shanelle Lim is currently a CAPAS Program Intern at Pitzer College, where responsibilities include organizing workshops and events focused on socio-political issues for APIDA students and communicating budget proposals in team meetings. As a Student Services Operations Coordinator, Shanelle assists in transportation program coordination and student-centered marketing. Previous experiences include roles as a CRE Market Research Intern at Green Street, a Finance Intern at Musizi University (developing sustainable financial models), and an ESG Analyst at Claremont Sustainability Consulting (creating an ESG standardized framework). Shanelle has also worked as a 2023 Operations Associate Summer Intern at Sagent Management, gaining insights into financial management, and has held consulting positions within the Pomona Consulting Group. Shanelle started their professional journey as a Summer Intern at SERENA MARBLE AND GRANITE, INC., and was a Student Manager at Help the Children, overseeing volunteer operations. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Management from Pitzer College, with additional studies planned at Lingnan University.
