Analista Customer Experience at Pitzi

Carolina Alves has been working in the customer experience field since 2015. In 2015, they began working as an Assistant of Laboratório at Transduson and as an Atendimento ao Cliente Call Center at Sitel Do Brasil. In 2019, they took on the role of Assistente de Relacionamento at C&A Brasil, where they were responsible for customer service in email, social media, Reclame Aqui, and Procon. In 2022, they began working as an Analista Customer Experience at Pitzi.

Carolina Alves is currently enrolled in a Graduação program in Marketing at Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, which they began in 2021 and is expected to complete in 2023. Additionally, Carolina has obtained four certifications: LGBTQIA+ Conceitos e Histórias from Trillio in July 2022, Vozes Plurais: Gênero, Sexualidade e (Re)Existência from Trillio in July 2022, Comunicação from Trillio Academy in February 2022, and Trabalho Remoto 2.0 from Trillio Academy in February 2022.
