Imelda López has a diverse work experience across different companies. Imelda started their career as a Supervisor of Service & Experiences at Urbi Mobilidade Urbana from March 2011 to February 2012. Imelda then moved on to Citibanamex, where they worked as a Supervisor of Service & Experiences, managing teams of up to 20 people and focusing on delivering innovative customer service solutions for the Premium segment of Banamex. Imelda joined Uber in May 2016 as the Head of Customer Support, responsible for ensuring high-quality service and implementing strategies to improve the experience for partners, drivers, and users. Imelda'srole at Uber included managing metrics and KPIs to ensure compliance with protocols and providing training to partners and drivers. Recently, in September 2021, Imelda started working at RappiCard México as a Customer Digital Experience / Social Media Analyst, where they are currently engaged.

Imelda López attended Universidad del Valle de México from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in Mercadotecnia. Imelda obtained their Licenciatura in Mercadotecnia from the university. Additionally, Imelda has completed two certifications: "Aprende a trabajar con gráficos de Gantt" from LinkedIn, which they obtained in April 2020, and "Gestión de proyectos con un café" from LinkedIn, acquired in August 2019.
