Felipe Moraes has been working in customer experience and operations roles since 2016. Felipe began their career at Pitzi as a Customer Experience & Operations Team Leader and Customer Experience. In 2020, they moved to Komus where they held the role of Customer Experience & Operations Coordinator. In 2021, they returned to Pitzi and also began working at Leapfone as a Customer Experience & Operations Coordinator.
Felipe Moraes is currently enrolled at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, where they are pursuing a degree in Technology in Quality Management, beginning in 2020 and expected to finish in 2022. In May 2022, Felipe obtained a certification in Operations Management from Insper.
