Aaryn Slafky has a comprehensive work experience in the field of customer experience and marketing. Aaryn'smost recent role was as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Pivot, which they started in February 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Customer Experience at Pivot from January 2020 to February 2022. Before joining Pivot, Aaryn worked as a Senior Marketing Consultant at Pivot from November 2013 to January 2020.

Before their time at Pivot, Aaryn worked as the Marketing & Communications Director at Randolph Telephone Membership Corporation from December 2004 to November 2013. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Communications at NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association from July 1997 to November 2004. Aaryn Slafky brings a wealth of experience in customer experience, marketing, and communications to their current role as Vice President of Customer Experience at Pivot.

Aaryn Slafky, CXS completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Anthropology from The George Washington University, where the studies were undertaken from 1991 to 1995.
