Allison Schwartz

Allison Schwartz is a Senior Scientist at Pivot Bio since September 2020. Prior to that role, Allison worked as a Lead Research Scientist at Sound Agriculture from April 2018 to August 2020, and as a Senior Research Associate at Phylagen from March 2017 to March 2018. Allison's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Plant Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, which Allison completed from 2011 to 2016, following a B.S. in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology from UCLA, obtained from 2005 to 2009. Throughout their career, Allison has also held positions as a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Berkeley and a Laboratory Technician at UCLA DNA Microarray Facility.
