Kim Craig - SHRM-SCP has over three decades of experience in various HR roles. Kim began their career at DEKALB Plant Genetics as an Executive Assistant. Later, at Syngenta, they progressed to roles such as Executive Assistant to CEO, Manager of Strategic Projects, and Senior Strategic HR Business Partner. Kim'saccomplishments include leading COVID-19 response teams and implementing job leveling initiatives. Currently, at Pivot Bio, Kim serves as a Senior Talent Development & Business Partner and Director of People Partnering.
