Megan Roquemore

Megan Roquemore is the Director, IT Solutions at Pivot Energy. Megan has over 9 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, and solar energy. Megan began their career as an intern for a California State Assemblymember where they gained experience in constituent services. Megan then worked as an office manager for a small business before joining RGS Energy in 2011.

At RGS Energy, Megan led a team of 57 employees in the Sales Operations and Operations Departments. Megan managed budgets, headcount, new partner acquisition, contract negotiations, government agency relationships, solar division SOP development, Salesforce workflow analysis, and was a team member on the company’s iOS and Android application development project. In their role as Director of Sales Operations, Megan was responsible for managing $11.8M in revenue in 2017 with 3.28 MWs of installed residential and commercial solar systems.

Megan joined Pivot Energy in 2018 and is currently responsible for leading the IT Solutions team. In this role, they are responsible for developing and implementing IT solutions that support the company’s business objectives.

Megan Roquemore has a B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Northridge.

Megan Roquemore reports to Tom Hunt, CEO. They work with Eli Oppenheimer - Director, Land Acquisition, Brad Clark - Senior Director, Commercial Subscriptions, and Kacie Peters - Director, Industry Relationships.
