Ruth Wallace-Fail has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in the field of EpicCare implementation and training. Ruth has held various roles at different organizations, including Senior Director at Fresenius Medical Care North America and Ambulatory Principal Trainer/Instructional Designer/SME at Pivot Point Consulting. Prior to these positions, they served as a Lead EpicCare Instructional Designer/Trainer/SME/Analyst at Nebraska Medicine, where they were responsible for instructional design, training, and support for providers and clinical staff. Ruth also worked as the Optime/Anesthesia Go-Live Project Site Coordinator at The University of Kansas Hospital. In addition, they have experience as a Lead EpicCare Ambulatory Go-Live Support Specialist at Nebraska Medicine and as an Epic Certified HIM and Ambulatory Trainer at Tampa General Hospital.
