Irina Birger, MBA has over 20 years of experience in supply chain and operations management. Irina began their career at Lutz Sales Company, Inc. in 2000 as a Purchasing professional before moving on to Senior Flexonics/ US Hose in 2002 as a Materials Manager. In 2005, they joined US ROBOTICS as a Supply Chain Manager, where they worked for two years. In 2007, Irina joined Natus Medical as a Supply Chain Manager and managed nine direct reports and oversaw various departments, including Purchasing, Shipping and Receiving, and Warehousing. During their tenure, they implemented supply strategies and significantly improved customer on-time delivery and inventory accuracy. In 2011, Irina joined Pivot Point International as the Sr. Director of Global Procurement and Operations. In this role, they managed a standalone site in the US and a distribution center in the UK, overseeing procurement, shipping and receiving, warehousing, and quality control. Irina also developed and implemented industry best practices and operations planning.
Irina Birger pursued their education by enrolling in the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1997 to 2000. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Following their undergraduate studies, they decided to further enhance their academic profile and enrolled at the DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 2002 to 2004. It was here that Irina Birger successfully completed their Master of Business Administration degree, with their specialized field of study being Supply Chain Management.
