Ed Wood is a Director Of Hardware Engineering at Pivotal Commware®, with extensive experience in the hardware engineering field. Prior to their current role, Ed held various positions such as Senior Staff Engineer at MicroVision Inc., Lead Electrical Engineer at Nytec, and Sr. Electrical Engineer at FUJIFILM SonoSite, Inc. Ed also worked as a Sr. Hardware Engineer at EB, Elektrobit, where Ed led the design of an Android tablet. Ed's expertise includes designing hardware PCB's, working on embedded systems, and leading hardware engineering efforts on various projects. Ed holds a MS in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University.
