Marius Pop

Marius Pop has been working in the engineering field since 1995. Marius began their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Glenayre Electronics Ltd., before joining Nokia as a Senior RF Design Engineer in 1999. In 2006, they moved to CSR/Zoran/Microtune as a Staff Systems Design Engineer, where they were responsible for DOCSIS 3.0 and wide-band digitizer system architecture design. In 2012, they joined Samsung Electronics as a Sr. Staff Hardware Engineer, and in 2016 they moved to SpaceX as a Sr. RF Design Engineer. Since 2018, they have been working at Pivotal Commware\u00ae as a Principal Systems Architect and Principal System Design Engineer.

Marius Pop received their Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Telecommunication from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca Romania between 1978 and 1983. Marius then went on to get their Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from New York University between 2006 and 2009.
