Neil Kouba, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of HR and recruiting. Neil is currently serving as the CEO at PIVOTAL Integrated HR Solutions, where they are responsible for overseeing operations and leading the company towards success. Prior to this, Neil held the position of Managing Partner & COO at PIVOTAL Permanent Recruiting, where their focus was on providing exceptional candidates and customer service to clients. Neil has also served as a Division Director at PIVOTAL Recruiting, leading the Permanent Search team and helping organizations hire talented professionals. Neil started their career as a Senior Consultant in Accounting & Finance at David Aplin Recruiting and later worked as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half.
Neil Kouba completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Queen's University in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Administrative & Commercial Studies from Western University in 2002. Before entering university, Neil attended Oakville Trafalgar High School.
