Ada Sitnik

Ada Sitnik is a Principal at Pivotal Partners, serving since July 2025, where expertise lies in consulting and developing high-performing Go-To-Market, Product, and Customer Success teams for innovative growth-stage software companies across the Americas and EMEA. Prior to this role, Ada was a Senior Consultant at Space Executive from February 2024 to July 2025, and held various positions at CyberForce Global from February 2021 to January 2024, including Sales Manager, Managing Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Ada began a career in sales at Rigby & Peller and Etam as a Sales Assistant between 2018 and 2020. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in English from Uniwersytet SWPS (2016-2019).
