Jennifer Baxi

Jennifer Baxi currently serves as Vice President of Equity & Belonging at Pivotal Ventures, a role held since July 2024. Prior to this position, Jennifer held various leadership roles in diversity, equity, and inclusion at Planned Parenthood Federation of America from October 2020 to July 2024, including Senior Director and Director. Jennifer also worked at Uncommon Schools from April 2014 to October 2020 as Senior Associate Director, Associate Director, and Organizational Learning Coordinator focused on diversity and equity initiatives. Earlier in Jennifer's career, a teaching role was held at Teach For America in 2013. Jennifer Baxi holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences and Developmental Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University.
