Karen is a highly accomplished senior attorney with significant healthcare experience providing valued strategic guidance to senior leadership in multiple disciplines, helping companies navigate complex legal and regulatory matters while driving revenue recognition, streamlining operations, managing risk, and mentoring teams.

Karen received her BA in Government and Political Science from the University of Maryland and earned her JD degree at Columbus School of Law, the Catholic University of America, in Washington, DC.
