Krzysztof Małecki

Krzysztof Małecki has been working in the Human Resources field since 2009. Krzysztof began their career as the Secretary of the Board and HR Coordinator at the Independent Student Association of the University of Wroclaw. In 2011, they became the National Director of HR and a member of the National Team at the Independent Student Association. In 2012, they were a BHP Intern at PKP Przewozy Regionalne, a Customer Service/Social Media Specialist at Oferteo Sp. z o.o., and a Coordinator of Courses at Szkoła Administracji Samorządowej sp. z o.o. Krzysztof was also a HR/Recruiter IT at OneStep Software Sp. z o.o. and a Recruiter IT at RINF. From 2014 to 2017, they were a HR Specialist at Grupa Unity, where they were responsible for HR activities in a 200-person IT company in two locations - Wroclaw and Krakow. Krzysztof then became an HR Manager and HR Specialist at Pro4People Sp. z o.o. in 2017 and an HR Business Partner at Piwik PRO in 2021.

Krzysztof Małecki received a Licentiate degree in Filozofia from the University of Wroclaw in 2011, followed by a Master's degree in Komunikacja społeczna, ogólnie from the same university in 2014.
