Andrea Dotti

Andrea Dotti is an experienced professional in data science and machine learning, currently serving as the Core Analytics Sr Manager at Pix4D since June 2019, where leadership of a skilled R&D team focuses on enhancing products through advanced analytics. Prior to Pix4D, Andrea held the position of Director and Head of Simulations and Physics Modeling at Synthetica SA, co-launching the Swiss branch of a start-up specializing in Industry 4.0 data science services. Andrea's extensive background includes a tenure at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory, where leadership of a software development team for physics experiments and work on the Geant4 simulation toolkit occurred. Additional experience spans roles at CERN and Università di Pisa, with a focus on particle physics research and software development. Andrea earned a PhD in Particle Physics from Università di Pisa.
