Dave Quirus

Dave Quirus is an experienced FX Supervisor currently at Pixar Animation Studios since July 2021, with previous roles at Blue Sky Studios from November 2010 to April 2021, including FX Supervisor for projects like *Nimona* and *Spies in Disguise*. Additional experience includes roles at IMAX, where Quirus worked as Lead Compositor on *Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part I*, and stints at Sony Pictures Imageworks and The Orphanage, specializing in 3D lighting, compositing, and visual effects for various animated films. Quirus also served as a Professor of Media Arts and Animation at The Art Institute of Atlanta and possesses a BFA in Computer Art from Savannah College of Art and Design, obtained in 2004.
