Ashley Collins has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ashley began their career in 2005 as a Customer Service Advisor at National Australia Bank, where they handled inbound and outbound customer contacts, focusing primarily on repayment of overdue money and providing excellent customer service. Ashley then worked as a Team Leader Customer Service / Collections Manager at Collection House from 2007 to 2014, overseeing customer service and collections operations. Ashley also served as a Team Leader Customer Service at MONEY3, a Business Development and Sales professional at Adobe, and a Content Development Manager at Office Depot - Europe. Ashley later worked as a Customer Care Team Leader at MNF Group and a Senior Customer Care Manager at DOCOMO Digital. Currently, Ashley is employed at Pixel Machinery as a Client Operations Specialist.

Ashley Collins has a diverse educational background. In 2009, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Sport and Leisure Management from La Trobe University. Ashley further pursued their education in specialized areas by obtaining a Certificate IV in Frontline Management from Collective Learning and Development Pty Ltd in 2012. Prior to that, they had also completed a Certificate III in Financial Services from the same institution in 2010.
