Christopher Biggs has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Christopher began their career as an English Language Instructor for KJC English Academy in 2013 and 2015. In 2015, they also served as an Assistant Professor at Dong-A University. In 2017, they worked as a Tech Support Specialist for Boston Software, Corp, a Mac/PC Technician for Tech Help Boston formerly Geek Housecalls and Boston Teks, and a Housing Coordinator for Kings Education. Most recently, they have been working as a Client Operations Manager for Pixel Machinery since 2019.

Christopher Biggs obtained a Bachelor of German Language and Culture from the University of Florida in 2007, majoring in Germanic Studies. In 2010, they obtained a CELTA Certificate from Teaching House Boston, Cambridge ESOL. In 2017, they obtained a CompTIA A+ from CompTIA. In 2020, they obtained a Certified Bitcoin Professional from the CryptoCurrency Certification Consortium (C4).
