Jacob Kimber is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a substantial background in the gaming and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition EMEA at Aristocrat since February 2019, Jacob has held various leadership roles including Director of Global Talent Acquisition & Operations at Pixel United and Head of Talent Acquisition at Product Madness. Prior experience includes co-founding Highwind Talent Solutions, where support was provided to organizations in recruitment processes, and serving as Recruitment Manager at Studio Gobo and Mediatonic Games, contributing to the development of interactive games. Jacob's recruitment expertise spans international markets through roles at Blackboard and Epsilon, alongside earlier positions as a Recruitment Consultant at ITP Select and a Sales Agent at CEMEX.
