Jennifer Brown

Jennifer Brown has extensive experience in customer service, sales, and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Customer Service and Special Projects Manager at Pixelle Specialty Solutions since February 2019, Jennifer has previously held several leadership roles at Glatfelter, where responsibilities included overseeing customer service teams and supporting inside sales. Prior experience includes managing a 160-unit apartment community at Carlisle Crest Town Homes, where operational costs were significantly reduced through effective vendor management. Additionally, Jennifer has experience as a Realtor with Century 21 and as a Loan Processor at Wells Fargo, demonstrating a strong background in client relations and financial services. Jennifer holds a Real Estate License from Hondros College, complementing a solid educational foundation that includes graduation from Chillicothe High School.
