Lance Mikus

Lance Mikus has extensive experience in product management and operations within the paper industry, currently serving as Product Manager for Carbonless and Forms at Pixelle Specialty Solutions since November 2018. Previously, Lance held similar responsibilities at Glatfelter from June 2006 to October 2018, overseeing Carbonless and Forms products and managing the Integrated Planning and Scheduling group for mill resources. Earlier roles include 6 Sigma Blackbelt at NewPage Corporation, focusing on waste reduction and paper yield improvement, and Superintendent of Capsule and Color Plants at MeadWestvaco, where Lance was responsible for the operation of various coating and production facilities. Lance earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Paper Engineering from Western Michigan University between 1989 and 1994.
