Mark Wentzel

Mark Wentzel serves as the Maintenance, Engineering, and Power Manager at Pixelle Specialty Solutions since January 2019, previously holding the position of Product Development and Quality Assurance Manager. Prior to this, Mark worked at Verso Corporation from June 1996 to March 2019, where responsibilities included Strategic Projects and Reliability Manager, overseeing reliability improvement roadmaps, operator-driven reliability initiatives, and predictive maintenance at the Stevens Point Mill. Additional roles at Verso included Paper Machine Wet End Manager, Senior Research Engineer - Black Belt, and Area Manager for the Paper Machine 14 Line. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Lakeland University, and a Bachelor of Science in Paper Science and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
