Shawn Gray

Shawn Gray has extensive experience in the paper manufacturing industry, currently serving as Assistant Superintendent for 12 Paper Machine at Pixelle Specialty Solutions since November 2018, after holding the position of Assistant Superintendent for 10 Paper Machine. Prior to this role, Shawn worked as a Senior Account Manager at Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, and held various positions at Glatfelter, including 12 Paper Machine Assistant Superintendent. Additional experience includes a role in PM Rolls Sales and Service at Voith Paper and multiple leadership roles at Glatfelter and MeadWestvaco. Education includes an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. Shawn oversees four shift supervisors and has expertise in machine maintenance, capital projects, and continuous improvement processes.
