Shreya Rathi is the Head of Human Resources at Pixelvide, a Hyderabad-based smart governance start-up, since January 2022, where innovative technology applications are developed to enhance public administration for various Indian state governments. Prior to this role, Shreya served as a Human Resources Generalist at Flintobox.com, an Ed-Tech startup focused on early child development, and as an Associate - Talent Recruitment Specialist, contributing to the recruitment processes. Earlier experience includes positions as an HR Executive at GeeksforGeeks, where Shreya supported a platform for computer science resources, and as an Undergraduate Researcher at Shiv Nadar University, with a thesis on contemporary societal issues related to divorce and remarriage. Additional internships in content marketing, legal research, and HR administration have further enriched Shreya's diverse background, complemented by a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from Shiv Nadar University and a General Management Program from Stoa.
