Ildiko Magyar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ildiko started their career in 2001 at Bacardi as a Key Account Manager, responsible for managing national accounts in the grande distribution sector. In 2008, they joined Pixmania, where they held various roles including Customer Relationship Manager for Central Europe, Deputy Customer Service Manager for Europe, and later as a Manager for Tools, Methods, and Projects for the Customer Service department. In this role, they focused on improving and developing tools, procedures, and operating methods, as well as coordinating with IT teams.

In 2015, Ildiko joined PIXID as the Head of Pixid Customer Services globally, overseeing client support operations and projects. Ildiko continued in this role until at least 2016. Overall, they have proven their expertise in customer service management and project coordination, leveraging their skills in improving efficiency and implementing functional project requirements.

Ildiko Magyar completed their Baccalauréat Economique in Hungary at Rudas Közgazdasági Szakközépiskola. Ildiko then pursued their Diplôme BTS Management bancaire at the same school in Dunaújváros. Following that, they attended Ecole de Commerce BGF-KVIF de Budapest, where they obtained a Master (BAC+4) in Economie spécialisation hôtellerie et restauration.
