Sebastien BORGET has a diverse work experience primarily in the gaming and technology industry. BORGET co-founded The Sandbox in 2018, a virtual world platform on the Ethereum blockchain that allows players to create and monetize their own gaming experiences. As the COO, Sebastien aims to disrupt existing game makers by providing creators true ownership of their creations using non-fungible tokens.

In 2020, Sebastien became the President of the Blockchain Game Alliance (BGA), an organization that promotes the adoption of blockchain technologies in gaming. With their experience as a serial entrepreneur and in the gaming industry, they seek to expand possibilities for players without introducing barriers to play.

Sebastien's work experience also includes being a part of Animoca Brands, a mobile product developer that utilizes gamification, blockchain, and AI technologies. The company has a wide portfolio of games and strategic partnerships in the blockchain space.

Before these ventures, Sebastien co-founded Pixowl Inc. in 2011 and served as the Chief Operations Officer. BORGET managed a team of 25 people and oversaw the production and marketing of popular titles such as Doodle Grub and The Sandbox, which collectively reached over 40 million players.

Additionally, Sebastien has previous experiences as a Technical Project Manager at ipercast, Chief Operations Officer at Wixi Inc., and Project Leader at 1-Click Media Networks. BORGET also had an internship at Motorola Mobility.

BORGET Sebastien completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Télecom SudParis, which they attended from 2004 to 2007. In 2006, they also pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
