Kimberly Tosi Hamilton

Kimberly Tosi Hamilton has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kimberly Tosi began their career in 1988 as an Office Manager and Marketing Assistant at Congress Group Properties, Inc. In 1992, they transitioned to Human Resources Recruiter at Bronner Slosberg & Humphrey, where they worked with VP's in different departments. From 1995 to 1996, they served as a Recruiter at Hollister & Associates, managing the recruitment process and developing relationships with clients. In 2009, they became the Positive Coaching Alliance Director at Agoura Pony Baseball League, implementing the organization's mission and conducting workshops for coaches and parents. Since 2001, Kimberly has been an active community board member for the schools in the Las Virgenes Unified School District, holding various leadership roles and advocating for student learning. Finally, they are currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Pixwel, a boutique post-production agency specializing in movie and episodic marketing campaigns.

Kimberly Tosi Hamilton obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Art/Marketing Communications from Roanoke College from 1983 to 1987. Kimberly Tosi also attended the Dana Hall School in Wellesley, MA in 1983. Furthermore, Kimberly Tosi Hamilton completed Executive Office Management, Travel and Conference Planning at the Katharine Gibbs School of Management. Additional certifications include "Hire, Retain, and Grow Top Millennial Talent" from LinkedIn in 2017, and a certification in Restaurant Design from Harvard College.
